Thinking of doing the 5k but have never run that far before? The lovely Nix from Nixercise has offered to run some training sessions leading up to our 5k to give you tips and help you with your training. It is unlikely that you will be ready to run the whole 5k if you are a complete beginner after these 6 sessions but she will give you tips on when to walk, when to run, how to push yourself etc. The sessions will run at Wittenham Clumps on Saturday mornings, 10.30am – 11.30am for 6 weeks starting on Saturday February 25th until Saturday April 1st inclusive.
