Health Declaration
I declare that I am medically fit to run and that I enter the Treehouse 5k, 10k or the Bunny Run entirely at my own risk. I understand the organisers and sponsors will in no way be responsible for any injury or illness incurred during or as a result of the event, or any property lost stolen or damaged. I have informed the Treehouse Medical Team of any medical conditions that they should be aware of, and have written anything relevant on the back of my race bib. If I have entered children for the Bunny Run I understand that they must be in the care of responsible adult at all times.
Terms and Conditions
I understand that the organisers reserve the right to delay or cancel the race in the event of adverse weather conditions, or other events outside the organisers’ control. The determination of what constitutes this is reserved solely to the Race Organisers. Entry fees are not refundable even in the case of event cancellation. Photographs and videos of the race will be taken for publicity purposes and I understand that my image may be used and give permission for it to be used.  (Note: If you do not wish to be photographed please let us know using the “order notes” section on the checkout page, or by contacting us).
Runners issued with a timing chip will be responsible for returning it to the race organisers at the end of the run.  Lost chips will be charged at £25.
The minimum age for the 10k is 16 years old on the run date.  The minimum age for the 5k is 11 years old, but 11-15 year olds must run with a registered adult – maximum 4 juniors to one adult.
The course is partially on open roads and has narrow sections, therefore dogs are not allowed.  Pushchairs are not allowed on the 10k or 5k runs, but are welcomed on the Bunny Run.
Riders are advised not to wear headphones.
