Water is offered to runners in reusable plastic cups, the kitchen has no food waste, all our signage is reused every year and we encourage all participants to walk, run, cycle and use public transport. Any carbon footprint used in printing, t-shirt making etc is offset by the planting of over 100 tree saplings each year.

Is there somewhere to leave my bag?
Yes – we will have a free bag drop facility for runners – situated at the back of the Pavilion on the Recreation Ground. Collect your bib number first and tear off the strip which can be attached to your bag.
What are the profits used for?
We try to keep costs to a minimum and are lucky to have lots of volunteers and very generous sponsors. All profits go directly to the Treehouse School in Cholsey – the only non fee paying independent primary school in the country. We receive no Government funding and have to fund raise for absolutely everything from resources, trips, buildings and staffing. We are currently raising money to move into a new site in Cholsey which will enable us to offer our unique style of education to more children.
